The Belton Chalet is an elegant and charming Swiss Chalet style hotel situated at the west entrance to Glacier National Park. Originally built in 1910 as accommodations for the railroad during the construction period, then was impeccably renovated in 1997 - 2000, bringing the utility services up to date but keeping the charm and ambiance, and elegance of the great lodges of Glacier National Park. The room appointments were kept simple and original materials where used where appropriate. We offer a slower pace, relaxing atmosphere, with no electronic distractions in the rooms and exceptionally beautiful views from our many decks. The "way it was, still is" at the Belton Chalet.
